Job Description

We are urgently looking for Senior Supervisor to start working urgently.

Key Requirements:

• Must have National Diploma or National N Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
• Must have 5 years Telecommunications field work / network management experience
• Must have integrity
• Must be honesty
• Must have trustworthiness
• Must be self-starter, able to work under stressful conditions
• Professionalism
• Must have ability to integrate effectively with other specialist disciplines
• Demonstrate good inter-personal relations
• Must have strong leadership qualities
• Team player
• Coaching, mentoring and developing

Required Skills:

• Must have strong IR skills
• Must have sound financial skills
• Must have valid driver’s licence (Code EB or B)
• Must have advanced analytical skills to analyse faults, interpret test results and provide optimum solutions
• Must have innovative skills
• Must have proven management/supervisory experience and skills
• Must have ability to adapt to a high rate of technology employed
