Job Description

We are urgently looking for a Restaurant manager to start working immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate daily restaurant management operations
• To deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• To respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• To maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
• To set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• To manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• To promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth
• To train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Major Requirements:

• Must have Matric
• Must have relevant experience
• Must have excellent management skills
• Must have extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Must have proven knowledge of Restaurant software
