We are urgently looking for Receptionists to start working immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
• To operate the switchboard.
• To take and recording messages.
• To follow-up calls to customers about collections, etc.
• To keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Filing

Key Requirements:

• Must have Matric.
• Must be highly reliable.
• Must good telephone etiquette.
• Must excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
• Must be able to project a professional image.
• Must be customer focused.
• Must good organizing skills.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate with the MS Office Suite.
