Job Description

Our client is urgently looking for a Manager (Used Vehicles) at Standerton, Mpumalanga.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To do general administration
• To manage the sales team
• To develop budgets covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team
• To manage ordering of stock
• Frequently attend sales meetings, conferences and events
• HR/IR management
• To process improvement
• Operational planning
• Customer care (incorporating the brand)
• To ensure that sales and all expenses are in line with budget

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have Matric / Grade 12
• Must be computer literate
• Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling used vehicles
• Minimum of 5 years’ Management experience
• Must have quality customer service expertise
• Must have excellent time – and project management abilities
• Must be able to network and negotiate
• Must be a highly self-motivated individual
• Must be passionate about the sales industry
• Must have above average knowledge of management principles
• Planning, leadership and organizing skills
• Interpersonal and communications skills
• Assertive and analytical thinker
• Must have ability to train and develop employees
• Must have ability to work independently and effectively in a pressurized environment
• Must have high attention to detail
