Job Description
Our client is urgently looking for a Heavy Duty Driver within the Trade Division at Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
The role is accountable for the safe operation of heavy-duty vehicles to deliver Sasol lubricants to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To manage the on time and accurate execution of all Lubricants Deliveries
- To ensure reliable (in time and full) deliveries with own fleet
- To conduct pre-trip inspections and report defects
- To execute deliveries according to delivery sequence
- To complete delivery documents accurately
- To minimize unproductive time
- To identify potential operational risks including OHS ACT requirement and report to line manager.
- To ensure all incidents are reported, logged and participate in the RCA
- To comply with site, operational, and SHERQ procedures
- To adhere to policies and procedures so that task is done safely and accurately.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have Grade12
- Must have CODE EC (Code 14) driver’s licence
- In possession of a valid professional driver permit (PrDP)
Required Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years driving experience

- Must have ability to work independently without direct supervision
