Job Description

Our client is urgently looking for a General Worker to join our team urgently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To sort, tidying and cleaning up packaging material and pallets
Tidying and cleaning of warehouse
Tidying, sweeping, and cleaning warehouse yard, parking lot, and other outside areas
To keep garden areas clean, neat and tidy
To assist cleaning staff in offices with cleaning windows, bins, toilets, etc
To assist with handyman jobs
To assist with additional ad-hoc jobs around the warehouse and offices that may arise
Handyman tasks around the branch when required.

Key Requirements:

Must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Must be a team player, cultivating positive work relationships
Must have ability to follow instructions
Must be driven with a sense of urgency in getting work done quickly and efficiently
Physically fit, strong and able to perform physically challenging work
Must experience doing handyman jobs
Must be capable of doing basic gardening
Must have verifiable references are essential
