An Insurance company client  of ours is currently looking to hire an experienced Office Clerk that has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations,you will be working at their Pretoria Branch.

Salary per month: Market Related (negotiable based on work experience)

On the job training will be provided,to help you get used to company policies and work systems.

General Tasks and Duties:

  • Greeting persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Perform normal everyday administrative support tasks, such as operating the telephonic switchboard and answering, screening or forwarding calls, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appoints etc.
  • Collecting, sorting, distributing, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
  • Providing information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided (According to company regulations)

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good work ethics
  • At least 3 years relevant admin work experience/preferably in the construction industry.
  • Able to work 5 shifts a week (7 and half hour shifts)
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to cope with a busy work environment
