My client , based n Somerset West is a well established company and are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator with at least 3 years administration experience and an excellent telephone manner and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Liaising with insurance companies and keeping customers updated
  • Follow up on quotations and orders
  • Assisting the Director with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Fully Bilingual
  • Previous Administration and Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work accurately
  • Able to deal with difficult Customers
  • Systematic and Organised
  • High work ethic
  • Own transport and drivers licence essential
  • Currently resides in the Helderberg and surrounding region
