Key Requirements:

  • Must have three years qualification in Public Administration/Management/Business Management/Administration/Logistics
  • Must have Valid driver’s license is required
  • Must have one (1) year experience in fleet management environment


  • Knowledge in Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles)
  • Knowledge in fund Values
  • Minimum Information Security Standards
  • Knowledge in protection of personal Information Act
  • Knowledge of occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS)
  • Knowledge of the city(ies) drive/messenger functions will be performed

Legislative requirements:

  • National Road Transport Act
  • Public Finance Management Act
  • National Treasury Regulations

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To facilitate the provisioning of official transport
  • To coordinate the utilization of official transport
  • To manage compliance to vehicle maintenance protocol and legislation
  • To maintain sound fleet administrative processes and systems
  • Supervision of staff
