Reporting to Quality Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to sales orders specifications and order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications
• Compile and track NCR trends and work directly with Production to recommend and provide solutions to reduce NCR trends.
• Validation of results according to drawings making use of calibration tools.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
• Inspect and sign off job cards with suppliers for outsourced services on busses.

Candidate Requirements

• Matric + related technical qualification
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Be able to use computer, read, write and understand good English
• Good communication skills
• Highly motivated.
• Team player.
