    • in giving professional advice on inbound calls to make them understandable in case of product queries
    • in picking up the phone and proactively assisting interested and existing customers
    • in processing and responding to service ticket emails
    • in digitally capturing, managing and maintaining documents and data pools
    • in comprehensive high quality service until absolute customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Besides the necessary cultural add, you are just right if:
    • you are legally authorized to work in South Africa because you have South African citizenship or permanent residency
    • you are fluent in German – spoken and written
    • communication is not a strength but a weapon in your hands
    • your enthusiasm is contagious

    • you deal with customers in a professional as well as friendly manner
    • you have the ability to make even neutral information exciting and compelling
    • empathy and sensitivity are skills you don’t have to use, but can’t put down
    • you have technical understanding
