Our client offers a salary of R15 000 – R18 000 ctc pm. Full Pension fund will be deducted.
The employee will perform PA duties as well as ad-hoc admin duties.
Desired experience and qualification:
- Preference will be given to EE/AA candidates
- Minimum Grade 12
- Recent admin experience in the fmcg/food industry
- Recent Purchase Orders experience – non-negotiable requirement
- Experience in an Admin support role for a General Manager
- Client service experience
- Excellent typing skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
Job functions will include:
- Assist with coordination of information, process information, accurately prepare PO’s as directed and in accordance with company policy and procedure. Manage queries or escalate appropriately.
- Complete and publish accurate minutes
- Arrange Petty cash, delivery of prizes, travel bookings and catering as directed
- Publish results of competitions via newsletters as directed.
- Execute required legal tasks
- Submit expense claims.
- Effectively coordinate venues, diaries, refreshments, etc.
- Assist with coordination of travel plans and relevant arrangements, obtain quotes & sign offs
- Prepare and arrange petty cash in accordance with company procedure.
